16 ppl from Biddeford to Ellsworth gathered at the Bath Freight Shed to earn their Wilderness First Aid Certifications May 4&5. Wilderness Medical Associates brought the expertise & this group of outdoor adventurers brought the curiosity. Learning together builds community and dealing with injuries in the back country--or on the water--can require ingenuity. Congratulations!
As they develop, we are adding summer programming details to mfship.org/events. #historyingenuitycommunity Wilderness Medical Associates #bathfreightshed #wildnernessfirstaid #handsonlearning #congratulations #summeriscoming #preparingforsummer #mainesfirstship #bathmaine #cityofships

Quite a change of scenery for Virginia! Word is that scraping is done and sanding is planned for today.

Start to finish, or vice versa. See you on the return!

I would love to see her from Fort Popham on the return to Bath. When is that tentatively scheduled?

Love those jack stands. Ready to get working.

We are so excited to have her back in Bath soon!

In good hands for some TLC

Every time I see her, my first thought is "God! What an ugly boat!"
